The Account Manager is responsible for gaining in-depth knowledge of their customer’s plant along with providing knowledge of our product and service offering. An objective is gaining customers trust through offering solutions from our offering with the goal of developing long-term relationships. This position is judged by their accounts loyalty within their territory and their ability to demonstrate a positive attitude within a team environment.

• Electric Motors (AC, DC, NEMA, above NEMA, generators, special applications designs)
• Variable Frequency Drives
• Motor control (MCC’s, Soft-starts, etc.)
• Switchgear
• Gear reducers
• Hoist & Crane Control (CM & Electromotive)

• Electric motor repair (AC, DC, Sync, Specials, up to 4000Hp 6900V)
• Mechanical Repair (gear reducers, hydraulic, pneumatic, airlocks, valves)
• Pump Repair (ANSI centrifugal pumps, split case, Vacuum, deep well, etc.)
• Electrical Repair (transformers, hoists, special coils, etc.)

• Vibration analysis & predictive maintenance routes
• Dynamic balancing in-house and on-site
• On-site troubleshooting
• Laser alignment
• On-site maintenance
• Equipment removal and replacement
